The author Robert Wicks has worked in sports marketing for the past ten years and has always had a passion for motorcycles and adventure. He’s completed a number of adventure rides and travelled to more than 50 countries, as far a field as Mozambique, Iceland, Peru and Japan. An avid outdoor enthusiast and keen photographer, he has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and is a qualified paragliding pilot. Robert Wicks grew up in South Africa, but now lives just outside Bournemouth, near the New Forest, although spends a lot of his time working in London.

Thanks to two Youtube owners you can now listen to the sounds of two different aftermarket exhaust setups on two different Honda CBR150Rs.

SOUNDCHECK 1: This CBR150R owner has fitted his bike with a new Keihin carburettor, new camshaft and new CDI.

SOUNDCHECK 2: This owner has fitted an ‘Endurance’ brand aftermarket exhaust to his Honda CBR150R.

Sadly both bikes were videoed while stationary so we can’t hear how their exhaust setup sounds like on-road and/or at full throttle. Which setup sounds better? YOU decide! Discuss it in my comments section.
